Deposit
Send 50% of the total as a deposit via Zelle. A project date is not secured until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable.

Located in The Western Suburbs of Chicago.
Final 50% due 1 day before pickup or ship date.
Orders over $750 include complimentary delivery within the ChicagoLand area.
Standard delivery is $30 locally. Long-distance delivery is calculated by distance.

Contact UsWe recommend at least two weeks’ notice for all rentals and custom builds. This allows time to design, craft, and schedule delivery. Larger or more detailed custom pieces may require extra lead time—contact us early if you have a specific date in mind.
Yes! Orders over $750 include complimentary delivery within the Chicagoland area. Standard local delivery is $30, and long-distance delivery is calculated by mileage. We can also set up your piece on-site for an additional fee if needed.

Our pieces are built for durability, but we recommend keeping them sheltered from heavy rain, wind, or extreme temperatures. If you need to adjust delivery or pickup due to weather, just reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
